Steve is a founding Director of Hyas Associates and Chartered Town Planner, with over 35 years overall experience, having worked for ATLAS and in various local planning authorities across the West Midlands, working in development management, planning policy and regeneration. Steve leads a variety of multi-disciplinary teams, to enable the delivery of a wide range of projects, from garden settlement masterplans and strategic housing sites, through to town centre regeneration strategies.
