Design Midlands will keep reports confidential to the parties who attend the Design Review meeting. Where a planning application has been made reports are usually treated as public documents. Please discuss any particular circumstances with the Design Midlands Panel Manager.

6. Fees

Expenses are additional and charged for a site visit, and if a meeting takes place in person.

Please provide details of where the invoice is to be sent including Purchase Order No. if applicable. Cancellation is at 50% fees if less than a working week in advance. We will agree a contribution to travel & catering expenses that is based on £55 + VAT per person.
