Simon is a chartered Architect with over 15 years post qualification experience, with particular interests in housing, leisure and creative-reuse projects. Simon is a director at Lathams, a small practice in Nottingham and Derby that specialise in Conservation and a context-led approach. This often includes sensitive and complex projects such as existing buildings and heritage.

Simon is also a visiting tutor at both University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University.
