Shauna Bradley
Shauna leads a design studio at Howells in Birmingham with a focus on masterplans and city-scale regeneration. Her current focus is on the creation of a unique new multi-generational community at Port Loop, she has spent over a decade designing and leading the Paradise development and is now overseeing the transformation of Martineau Galleries on the doorstep of HS2’s arrival point at Curzon Street.
Shauna studied at Queen’s University Belfast and Birmingham City University’s School of Architecture and Design and now calls Birmingham her home. She is passionate about the city and in creating great places for people to live and work in. Her considered approach often involves large-scale and micro thinking to repair the city grain and knit together communities. Shauna has been a member of the Birmingham Civic Society Planning Committee, Birmingham Architectural Association, and a judge for the RIBA West Midlands. In 2020 Shauna was given the BCO’s NextGen West Midlands award in recognition of her influence in the region. Shauna became a Trustee of Design:Midlands in 2023.
