Paj is an award winning Design Director at WSP with over 29 years’ experience in Masterplanning, Urban Planning / Design, Landscape Architecture and Town Planning. He is a Chartered member and Fellow of the Landscape Institute, Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and members of the Urban Design Group, RIBA and the Tourism Society. Paj has a thirst for implementing innovation and creativity throughout his work and sets out a challenge to ensure that his clients and colleagues mirrors and develops this ambition.
Paj has worked extensively in over 40 countries globally, as well as the UK for a number of local authority and private clients. He has worked across a variety of portfolio sectors and historically had a significant focus on regeneration.
Paj exercises a number of duties / responsibilities for the Landscape Institute, ICE and the RTPI. He has also given seminars and workshops on Creative Landscape, Urban Design, Masterplanning and Design to Public Bodies, Institutes and is currently a visiting lecturer for BCU University on Landscape Architecture and Urban Design.
