Maggie is a chartered town planner and surveyor, with more than 20 years of experience in planning consultancy and the public sector. Freelancing now in wide-ranging, planning-related roles (including design review panel memberships and chairing), she draws extensively on: her law and policy background; her development management experience of complex brownfield sites proposed for regeneration; and her knowledge and understanding of the infrastructure, sustainability and masterplanning issues associated with greenfield, residential-led and mixed-use schemes.
