Geoff is a Town Planner and Urbanist. As Birmingham’s Head of City Centre Planning through the 1990’s he delivered urban design strategies, enhanced streets, squares and canalsides and major redevelopments including Brindleyplace.   In consultancy he continues to resolve high quality project outcomes.  He was a West Midlands Representative, Plans Panel Chair,  Localism Enabler and author of ‘Protecting Design Quality in Planning’ for CABE, and has extensive experience of national and regional design review.
