Fraser is an Architect with extensive experience in concept design, early-stage development and delivery of projects within the Midlands region. As a Director of Howells, he heads a design studio with projects focussing on city centre regeneration, residential and commercial design. He has led the design of a number of prominent projects including the BBC’s Tea Factory in Digbeth; Goods Yard, Stoke; i9, Wolverhampton; Wirral Met College; Ty Admiral in Cardiff and Gloucester Services.
