We were appointed by Lincolnshire County Council to produce a Space Syntax Study for Holbeach, to support the pursuance of future regeneration measures
The Space Syntax Study for Holbeach provides an evidence base to work from, baseline data against which success of implementation can be measured and recommendations to improve connectivity between proposed development and the existing town of Holbeach.
In addition, the Space Syntax Study has been instrumental in securing Government funding to support the development of a “Future High Street Fund” project and Sarah Grundy the Senior Commissioning Officer - Historic Places, Lincolnshire County Council says that the Space Syntax Study we carried out:
“has been and will continue to be incredibly useful for informing plans for the much needed regeneration of the town. It is really important when drawing up plans that we understand how people move through spaces so that the plans are the best they can be”.
