We were appointed by Corby Borough Council to provide up-to-date character appraisals, to inform conservation area boundaries for villages.
Working with Corby Borough Council we completed character appraisals and management plans for the villages of Great Oakley and Gretton – the first to be prepared for these villages, having been designated in 1968 and 1970 respectively. The work resulted in revised Conservation Area boundaries for the two villages, to include an area of parkland and removal of modern development.
