Heather is a Conservation Planner and Urban Designer with over 30 years experience in Local and Regional Government.  She has been a Panel Member since the beginning Opun and is a Consultant on heritage, conservation and urban design matters and has been involved ion writing and advising on Neighbourhood Plans.  She is currently part of a team at Haddon Hall providing advice on heritage and giving informative talks and tours.
