Shilpa Rasaiah

Shilpa is a town planner and economist with over 30 years experience in both public and private sector.  She specialises in the planning of large-scale developments with a focus on infrastructure planning and viability, bringing a pragmatic and delivery orientated approach to her work.  Shilpa works as an independent consultant based in the East Midlands and is passionate about the role of town planning in promoting good design and sustainable development.
